He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Minder; and his brothers, Delton and Merle. He is survived by: his daughter Georgetta Ann "Gidget"; his caregiver Georgetta "Gidget" Smith (David); his granddaughter Dr. Lyanna Díaz-Burris (Will); his brothers, Gordon, Jack of Wilmot, SD and Bob (Janet) of San Antonio, TX; and his friend Gail Kirsch. He is also survived by numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
