He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Leonard Clarence Bruce and Viola May (Chandler); his former wives, Virginia May (Allie Pauley) and Mary I. Marcuerquiaga; his wife Sue Whitehead; his children, Sandra Villa of Grants Pass, David Bruce of Fontana and Daniel Bruce of Lyons, Colorado; and his stepson Jeff Whitehead of Grants Pass. He was also cherished by six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.
