She is survived by: her sister Susan Hunt of Citrus Heights, CA; her children, Steven Maddox of Bend, OR, Cherie A Hewitt of Parma, ID, Shawn Maddox of Roseburg, OR and Jessica Hart of Beaverton; and her grandchildren, Kristopher Maddox, Francis Maddox, Anthony Maddox, Kelly Hewitt, Ricky Hewitt, Katy Hewitt, Paris Hart, Rex Maddox and Luke Maddox. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
