He is survived by: his wife Molly Phillips; his children, Molly Jane Perry (Don), Terry Hayes, Kelly Lizarraga (Panch), Richard Phillips Jr., Larry Hayes and Michael Hayes (Kathy); and his grandchildren, Ryan, Dane, Zack, Natasha, Tayler, Marina, Robby, Randy, Kaleb, Justin, Angela, Tony and Michael.
