He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles William and Corine Mural Ellis Garrett; his children, Conner Scott and Kristen Emily; his wife Kathleen Garrett; his children, Conner Garrett and Kristen Garrett; and his sister Pamula Garrett.
