He is survived by: his wife Chris Suni; his sons, Jack III of Canby, Ken (Kala) of Colton and Jesse (Andrea) of Silverton; and his siblings, Kathy (Dan) of Garberville, Dave (Cathie) of Portland and Jeff (Susan) of Topsham, Maine.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
