He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Farnsworth and Vera Farnsworth (Hersey). He is survived by: his wife Laurel; his children, Jair Farnsworth (Angela) of Camas, Washington and Hilary Parker (Shawn) of Camas, Washington; his brothers, Jeff Farnsworth of Portland and Scott Farnsworth of Portland; and his grandchildren, Chloe Farnsworth, Braden Farnsworth, Cole Parker, Brody Parker and Chase Parker.

For those who wish to honor Stuart's memory, donations may be made to the New Harvest Church in Salem, Oregon or to North Coast Family Fellowship Church in Seaside, Oregon.
