He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Merle Devine and Hazel Devine (Bevier); his wife Jeanne Devine (Britton); his children, Debbie Turner (Dell), Brad Devine and Danielle Devine; and his siblings, Norma Jean Etzel, Lorena Cole and Gordon Devine. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
He and Jeanne spent many beautiful summers there, updating their cabin while enjoying the quiet nature around them, until Covid made it difficult to cross the border.
