With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Paul William Loucks of Gates, Oregon, who passed away on May 10, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Loucks and Mary Loucks; and his brother Ben. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Stuart of Albany, Katie Bryan of Lebanon, Megan Loucks of Albany and Samantha O'Neil (Cody) of Salem; the mother of his children Cindy Olson of Corvallis; his grandchildren, Jacoby Raines, Carson Stuart, Preston Bryan, Harper, Ricki Sandman, Hunter, Austin, Blake McCord, Peyton Whitlock, Quinn and O'Neil; and his sisters, Vera Shelton, Willa Porter and Bert Limbocker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
