He was predeceased by: his brother William Mills; and his stepson Darrel Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Betty Kelle-Orr; his daughter Kathy Kelle-Meader; his son-in-law Skip Meader; his son Louis Kelle (Nancy); and his stepchildren, Lela Taylor and Gary Taylor. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren.
