He is survived by: his former wife Sherry Minten; his wife Kathleen Smith; his children, Robin Norman (Chuck) of Stayton, Kevin Guenther of Salem and Carrie Gillette (Robin) of Scio; his stepsons, Guy Smith of Gates, Bob Bass (Amanda) of Iowa and Gary Smith of Salem; his siblings, David Guenther of Wichita, KS, Roger Guenther (Debbie) of Stayton, Jim Guenther (Joy) of Aumsville, Bill Guenther of Stayton, Marilyn Vorderstrasse (Dennis) of Canby and Charlene Eastman (John) of Salem; his grandchildren, Chris Norman (Jenna), Sarah Cassidy (Chris), Nick Guenther (Sophie), Casey Gillette (Elizabeth) and Katie Ortiz (Gabe); his stepgrandchildren, Chyenne Smith, Kyle Smith, Kalob Smith, Khristian Bass and Chance Bass; and his grandchildren, Brandy, Kayla and Ariel Gillette. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
