He was predeceased by: his wife Norma; his parents, Glen Henness and Lola Henness; and his brothers, Keith and Earle.
He is survived by: his close friend Norma; and his children, Kandee McClain (Mike), Gary Henness (Shelly) and Susan Henness (Bill Muir). He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
