With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Joan Schwanke of Gaston, Oregon, born in Williston, North Dakota, who passed away on November 5, 2021 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jens A Haarsager and Bertha Haarsager (Botner); her husband Gerhard A. "Jerry" Schwanke; and her son Jeffery Gray Schwanke. She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Meghan Schwanke of American Fork, Utah; her grandchildren, Sara (Steve Robison), Garrett (Karli Schwanke) and Katelyn (Matt Paskett); her great grandchildren, Christopher, Garrett, Amy, Nicholas, Ian Robison, Juniper, Penelope and Mabel Paskett; and her nieces, Connie Brudvig of Tualatin and Judy Sorensen of Silverton, Oregon..
