He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Ethan Hylton and Lydia Dora Hylton (Battermann); and his brother Dale Hylton. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hylton of Molalla, Oregon; his daughter Amy (Garrett Nelson) of Banks; his grandchildren, Gracie and Darian; his children, Jack and Hilary Viohl of Kapa'a; his grandchildren, Brady and Hope; his child Kim Lowman of Molalla; his grandchildren, Haley, Kayla and Jordin; his children, Sheri and Stephen Katin of Hermiston; his granddaughters, Amy, Maggie and Julie; his siblings, Kris (Donna Hylton), Deen (Kristina Hylton) and Lisa; and his brother-in-law Walt Everly of Newberg, Oregon.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Lutheran Church (2327 17th Ave, Forest Grove, OR 97116).
