He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elisha Sharp and Madge Sharp of Gaston; his wife Ethel Laughlin; his sister Marjorie Arp of Scappoose; his son Dave; his daughter-in-law Sharon Sharp of Gaston; his daughter Vivian; his son-in-law Terry Wymore of Carlton; and his grandchildren, Tammy, Jammie, Denice, Dan, Ambria, Nick and Kassandra. He was also cherished by 14 great-grandchildren, and 4 great great-grandchildren.
