She is survived by: her husband Terry Clark; her daughters, Michelle Clark (David Earl Wright) and Katie Clark (David Esparza); her siblings, Floyd (Tina Barth), Kathy (Dick Ellis), Cindy Shermerhorn of Forest Grove and Marty (Rae Ann Barth); and her grandchildren, Jordain, Jesus, Bryce, Jasmine, Deztanne, MarcAnthonee and Auztin.
