She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Johnston and Helen Johnston; her grandson Adam Curtis; and her brother-in-law Glenn Hensley. She is survived by: her husband Dallas Boge; her daughters, Susan (Clarence Curtis), Melinda (Dan Fischer), Elizabeth (Steven Jensen) and Kathryn (Marty Lofgren); her sisters, Beatrice Hensley of McMinnville and Sheila Goodman; her brother-in-law Larry Goodman of Roseburg, Oregon; her great grandchild Emmett Axelsen of Olathe; and her nieces and nephews, Emy LaVoie Atwood of Chandler, Arizona, Kyle Hensley of Lafayette, Oregon, Scott Hensley of Beaverton, Oregon, Peter Goodman of Keizer, Oregon, Jeff Goodman of Salem and Nate Goodman of Roseburg.
