He is survived by: his wife Sue Scrivner; his sons, Jonathan "Wade" (Lisa Scrivner) and Michael Wayne (Michelle Scrivner); his sister Alene Zumwalt of Gaston, Oregon.; his grandchildren, Jason Scrivner (Tanya) of Sherwood, Oregon, Ashlee Scrivner of Sherwood, Oregon, Cassidy Scrivner of Hillsboro, Oregon, Logan Scrivner of Sherwood, Oregon, Kelsey Scrivner of Gaston, Oregon, Rachel Lawrence (Chris) of Redmond and Michaela Scrivner of Yamhill, Oregon; his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, McKenzie, Reece, Peyton, Josiah, Hattie, Jack and Benjamin; and his great great grandchildren, Harley and Lane. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
