It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven F. Higby of Forest Grove, Oregon, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fuiten, Rose & Hoyt Funeral Home - Forest Grove (2308 Pacific Ave, Forest Grove, OR 97116). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
