He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Gretchen Zuercher and Albert Pearl Kendrick. He is survived by: his sisters, Helen Ruth Reynolds (Dunn), Evelyn Grace Crane (Dunn), Mildred Irene Evans (Dunn), Mary Ellen Welter (Dunn), Wanda Kendrick and Lois Ann Palm (Kendrick); his wife Lela Amelia Hooker; and his children, Lori Lynn Hollingsworth, Cynthia Anne Romaine (Cindy) and Mark Stephen Kendrick. He is also survived by six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
