She is survived by: her husband Daniel "Dan" O'Toole of Gaston, Oregon; her children, Theresa Cole of Fort Collins, Colorado, Angela Tanis (Clinton) of Arlington, Washington and Ryan O'Toole (Justina) of Oxnard, California; and her siblings, Phillip Linder (Jennifer) of Fort Collins and Sheri Demaree of Fort Collins, Colorado.. She is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, seven nieces and nephews and 14 great nieces and nephews.
