She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Miwako Burnard of Oita; her sisters, Barbara (Robert Force) and Donalyn (Don DeClerck); her grandchildren, Kyli Burnard of Yokohama City and Kenndan Burnard of Fukuoka City, Japan; her grandchildren-in-law, Amanda and Matthew Force of Junction City; her grandchildren, Stacy and Eric Clendenin; her great grandchildren, Kaelin Clendenin, Dawson Clendenin, Nixon Clendenin, Langston Clendenin and Madden Clendenin of Philomath; her grandchildren, Ryan and Ally DeClerck; and her great grandchildren, Makinlee and Taylor DeClerck of Forest Grove.
