She was predeceased by: her parent Eathel Wilbur Dees; her husband Harold Ray Cook, Sr.; her mother Louisa "Grampy" Dees (Gunkle); her siblings, Ezekial Raymond "Bub" Dees and Edna Grimmett; and her daughters, Linda Walker and Patricia Somfleth.
She is survived by: her children, Heck and Harold Ray Cook, Jr. of Hillsboro Oregon; her grandchildren, Cassie Evans, Shawna Taylor, Randy "Buster" VanLoo, Jason Cook, Heidi Hope, Misty Palmer and Katie Mexicotte; her great grandchild Madison Seed; and her grandchildren, Tori Seed, Allison VanLoo, Malinda VanLoo, Austin Cook, Karly VanLoo, Preston Hope, Daniel Palmer, Jaxson Cook and Alainey VanLoo. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
