Dorothy touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Dorothy leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Dorothy may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Merl Shaffer and Esther Shaffer (Myers); and her brother Robert Shaffer. She is survived by: her daughters, Gwen Marvin (Tom Ogg) of Kent, Sandra (Vincent Bardenilla) and Cecelia (Rolland Aschim); her stepsons, Edward (Sandra Rishel) of McCordsville, William (Barbara Rishel) of Lincoln and Richard (Rebecca Rishel) of Seven Valleys; and her sister Janet Johnson. She is also survived by her five grandchildren, nine step grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren and step grandchildren.
