He is survived by: his mother Frankie David Rigert of Forest Grove, Oregon; his aunts and uncles, Gary, Shirley David of Irrigon, Oregon, Debi Delamarter of Forest Grove, Oregon and Dennis Holmes (Boone) of Redmond, Oregon; and his cousins, Monica David of Dallas, Oregon, Rodney, Becky David of Lebanon, Oregon, Jacqui and Eirc Storz of Arizona.
The family suggests that in lieu of flowers, remembrances may be contributions to Pacific Alcohol and Drug Counseling Inc, in Hillsboro, Or.
