He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Medina Guizar and Josefina Ochoa Ochoa; his wife Juana Medina-Silva; and his siblings, Antonio Medina-Ochoa, Socorro Medina-Ochoa, Maria of Jesus Medina, Lourdes Blanca Medina-Ochoa, Eloisa Medina-Ochoa and Guadalupe Medina-Ochoa.
He is survived by: his daughter Lourdes Medina; his son-in-law Arturo Vargas of McMinnville, Oregon; his sons, Jorge Medina-Silva of Cornelius, Oregon, Andres (Theresa Medina-Silva) and Daniel Medina-Silva (Kim DeLapp) of Cornelius, Oregon; his siblings, Juan Carlos Medina-Ochoa (Amado Antonio Medina-Ochoa), Dolores Medina-Ochoa and Josefina Medina-Ochoa of Michoacan, Mexico.; and his grandson Andres Salvador. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and mother-in-law.
