He was predeceased by: his mothers, Lois Layton Shattuck and Mabel Elenor Shattuck; and his siblings, Chauncey, Layton, Vance, Vale, Pat and Mary.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Shattuck; his children, Sheila Dale (Oliver Heisler) and Alex Shattuck of Forest Grove, Oregon; his siblings, Lawrence Shattuck of Beaverton and Ida Mae Jones of Klamath Falls, Oregon.; and his grandchildren, Amber Shattuck, Garrett Dale, Logan Dale, Hunter Heisler, Reilyn Senske, Liam Senske, Evelyn Senske, Mason Heisler and Guy Senske (Tiny). He is also survived by grandchildren.
