He was predeceased by: his son Dillon; and the parents of child, Dean and Kaye Meeuwsen. He is survived by: his daughter Leah Ty; his wife Wendy Spenst; his son Ty Meeuwsen; his brother Greg Meeuwsen of Forest Grove; his mother-in-law Vicki Nichols of Forest Grove; his siblings-in-law, Tara and Mike Hintz; his nieces, Hannah (Hayley) and Golladay; and his sister Trish Meeuwsen. He is also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles.
