He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William A Woosley and Margaret E Woosley; his children, Kristina (Karel), Jeffrey of Dallas, Michelle Penning of Albany, Lisa Woosley of Corvallis and Steven Woosley of La Grande; and his siblings, Lonnie, Navarre, Vern, Michael and Margie. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
