He is survived by: his stepsister Becky Pearson; his wife Christine of Fields, OR; his brother Jim Hodges of Benson, AZ; his stepdaughter Rebecca Pearson of San Diego, CA; his daughter-in-law Kimberly Hodges of Ferndale, WA; his grandchildren, Aanikka Hodges, Kyas Hodges and Athena Hodges of Ferndale, WA.; his children, Chandra Dickinson (Jim) of Mason, Tennessee and Glen Hodges of Spokane, WA; his grandchildren, Nichole Dickinson and Zachary Dickinson of Mason, Tennessee; and his parents-in-law, Randy, Kathy Gilliam, Roger and Jo Crisafi.
