He is survived by: his parents, Richard Maxfield and Elizabeth Maxfield; his wife Ashleigh Sawicki Maxfield; his sister Scarlett Faith (Lena May Maxfield); his son Alex Wayne Maxfield Jr.; and his sisters, Paige Sinclair Wann and Keerstin Murphy. He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
