He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Lee and Ollie Blaylock; and his brothers, Vernon and Jerry. He is survived by: his spouse Sharon; and his children, John Blaylock, Sherry Vogel, Susie Dent and Terry Blaylock. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
