We are sad to announce that on March 22, 2021, at the age of 51, Penny Elaine Rickman-Devault of Fairview, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Gerald Rickman Sr.. She is survived by: her mother Alahi Rickman (Lolly) of Portland; her husband Justin DeVault of Fairview; her children, Lorna Farra (Michael) of Beaverton and Taylor Rickman of Fairview; her brother Gerald Rickman Jr. of Oregon City; and her half-siblings, Thomas Manwell (Julie) of Portland, Mary Hayes (Loren) of Scappoose, April Hainamann (Lynn) of New Lisbon Wisconsin, Robin Claussen of Viroqua Wisconsin and Melody Hale (Ricky) of South Carolina. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Remembrances should be made to the American Cancer Society in her name.
