He was predeceased by: his parents, William Miller and Sharon Miller; and his nephew Preston. He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Buchanan) of Fairview; his children, Brittani Fontana (Chris), Brandi Gambill (Frank), Mark Jr., Hannah Drake (Alex), Jeremy and Sierra; his siblings, David (Siri), Scott (Kari) and Jennifer (Paul); and his grandchildren, Gracelyn, Kennedy, Charlie, Sarah, Kylie, Adam and Henry. He is also survived by his aunt, cousin, nieces, nephews, and many close friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF.org) in honor of Mark's son Jeremy, who suffers from Type 1 Diabetes.
