He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Wade Bell and Margaret Bell. He is survived by: his wife Marie Deming; and his children, Joanna Hadlock (Brett), Kevin Bell (Corrine), Eric Bell and Bryce Bell (Katie). He is also survived by his five brothers and 14 grandchildren.
