He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Neal and Sue Neal; and his son Devin Tyler Neal. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Steele; his children, Charles Neal (Laura), Dan Neal, Rebecca Hodges (Kevin), David Neal and Sheryl Allen (Tyler); and his stepchildren, Karyn Mestler (Craig), Laura Thurston Williams and Richard Mestler (Jil). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
