It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Lynn Upshaw (Eugene, Oregon), born in Bakersfield, California, who passed away on August 19, 2018, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her father Wilford "Don" Upshaw; and her sisters, Kathy Duval (Bruce) of Eugene and Deborah McCracken of Scappoose, OR. She is also survived by 3 nephews, 1 niece.
