It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Lorraine Phillips of Eugene, Oregon, born in Berkeley, California, who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Murray Francis. She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Phillips; her mother Nell Francis; her children, McKenzie Deatherage (James), Justin Pluid (Kendra Hoiland), Shay Rasmussen and Tony Rasmussen (Amanda); and her siblings, Jill Steindler (Jesse), Molly Bedell (Tom) and William Francis (Diane). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
Memorial contributions can be made in Susan's memory to St. Jude's Childrens Hospital.
