He was predeceased by: his father Ed Smith (Daria Stallings Smith). He is survived by: his former spouse Daria Stallings; his fiancée Constance Miller; his mother Marjorie Smith; and his siblings, Gayle Smith (Dale Deason), Jenny Allen (Mark Allen) and Mitch Smith (Liza Caribo Smith).
