She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nam Suk Huh and Shi Young Choi; her child Soon; her daughter-in-law Hae Kyung Kim; her son Chong Tae Kim; her son-in-law David Hemenway; her son Peter; her daughter-in-law Byung Soo Kim; her son Steve; her daughter-in-law Rosa Kim; her husband Yang Sun; and her daughter Jae Gi Kim. She was also cherished by 12 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
