He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Daniel, Jeff (Diana) of Marcola, Leslie of Shelton, WA, Shannon Selvidge (Jack) of Shelton, WA and Ronda Alison (Jack) of Canby, OR; and his sisters, Janis Farley and Janet Plummer of Eugene. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren, nieces & nephews.
