He was predeceased by: his wife Zelda O'Neil Allard; his brother Hank Allard; and his parents, Roch Allard and Jean Duncan Allard. He is survived by: his children, Karen Eyre (Jay), Sheila Atwood (Doug), Rochelle Orme (Kip), Velada McElroy (Neil) and John Allard (Kelcie); and his sister Diane Rickenbach (John). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
