He is survived by: his wife Janis of Eugene, OR; his children, Tracy Legan Justice of Houston, TX, Lori Legan Mondshine of Houston, TX and Dale W. Legan of Houston, TX; and his sister Donna Legan Peter of Redmond, OR. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
