He is survived by: his wife Violet; his daughters, Jaye Caroline Fraser of Portland, Cynthia M. Fraser of Portland and Diane Fraser Monaco of Portland; and his grandchildren, Ashley Fraser Whitty (Pierre Campana-Jourda), Caitlin Fraser Whitty, Robert Fraser Monaco, Keena Fraser-Griffin of Portland and Saraphina Monaco Heller (Kyle Heller) of West Hollywood, CA.. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and cousins.
