It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis A. Juhl (Eugene, Oregon), who passed away on January 3, 2019, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Don V. Eastman and Noreen D. Eastman (Larsen); and her children, Debra A. Davidson (Richard), Gordon M. Juhl Jr. and Marilyn K. Lance (Don). She was also cherished by four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
