Henry (Eugene, Oregon), born in Sacramento, California, who passed away on June 4, 2018, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his mother Vikki; his brother Mitchell V. Henry of Eugene; and his stepfather Jerry Chrostek.

He requested body donation and cremation.
