He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Willcox and Wilma Willcox; and his sister Kay Tate. He is survived by: his spouse Linda (Lin); his children, Michelle Willcox and Erik; his daughter-in-law Michelle Willcox; and his grandchildren, Myranda Willcox and Chiana Willcox.

Cause of death was end stage Alzheimer's disease.
