Lisa Shortridge Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lisa Shortridge formerly of Eugene, Oregon, born in Abingdon, Virginia, who passed away on May 29, 2024 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid adieu to Lisa's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Lisa has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Dr. Charles McCarley Shortridge and Susan Ruth Campbell Shortridge; her sisters, Laura Ruth Shortridge and Amy Shortridge Nolan (Patrick Joseph Nolan Jr.) of Wilmington, NC.; and her nephews, Joachim Montagu Jacobs of Portland Oregon, Parker McCarley Nolan of Savannah and Spencer Lee Nolan of Charlotte, NC..
