He was predeceased by: his son Charles. He is survived by: his wife Gertrude (Peplau); and his children, Joseph (Cindy), Michael (Sherlene), Thomas (Judy), Susanne Tatar, Joan Williams (Carl), Vincent, Karen Norris (Cliff), Veronica Newman, Mary Smith, Paul (Kathy) and James (Davina). He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren.
