He is survived by: his wife Liz; his children, Holly and George; his mother Hillie; his siblings, Jacqueline and Brian; his nieces and nephews, Abigail, Robert and Cameron; and his caregivers, Kevin, Dr. James Butrynski, Dr. Peter Rose and Dr. Thomas Sroka.
